PATRIOTISM. It is not a dirty word. It is an honorable word in our English language. Being a patriot does not mean being a jerk, being a racist, being a zealot, an extremist.
I believe you can be a conservative and not be a jerk nor a racist.
Being a patriot means loving your country and seeing all the good in it and when you see the bad you move to correct it.
